Conditions

Rates are to be considered for a min. stay of 3 days, per person per day, including service, taxes, baby room, bicycles, lift, beach service with 1 sun umbrella, 1 deck-chair and 1 sun bed, use of the swimming- pool, 1 car-parking per room & VAT 10% . Buffet breakfast. Choice menu. Drinks are not included.
Rooms are equipped with shower, balcony, telephone, sat-tv, safe, air conditioning.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the Management of the Hotel could charge a penality of max. 3 days room’s rate. Meal deduction of € 5,00 must be received by 10:00 am at the reception, extra meal € 25,00 The room, sun umbrella & parking are available from 02:00 p.m. of the arrival day & until 10:00 a.m. of the departure day.
